University of Central Florida

My name is Julianne. I hold a BS in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. I am currently pursuing my MA degree in Marriage, Couples, and Family Counseling at the University of Central Florida. After LMFT licensure, I plan to pursue a PhD in Counseling Psychology to further my knowledge and my research. I have experience working with populations including children with autism and substance use recovery clients at a women’s residential recovery clinic. I typically use a cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) approach, but my methods are eclectic to my clients’ needs and responses to treatment. Therapy isn’t one size fits all, and I like to be versatile in my approach. I am passionate about mental health and want to see my clients succeed. The most rewarding parts of my job are making genuine connections with clients and supporting them in times of need. Outside of my professional work, I find balance through mindfulness, reading, and creative expression. I enjoy spending quality time with loved ones, especially my dog, and I often unwind through activities like singing, nail art, video games, or binge-watching a great TV show. These outlets help me stay grounded and bring a sense of joy and creativity into my daily life. I can’t wait to meet you!
