Meet The Team
Junior Therapist, Mental Health Therapist/Coach
Master of Science in Counseling Psychology, Current
Southern Wesleyan University

My name is Macey. I am a graduate student at Southern Wesleyan University studying Counseling Psychology. I am currently working toward completing the requirements for professional licensure while continuing to grow in clinical knowledge and hands-on experience. I have had the opportunity to work with a wide range of populations, including adolescents, young adults, adults, and geriatric clients. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, neurodevelopmental disorders, personality disorders, and eating disorders. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) because these approaches provide practical tools, encourage emotional regulation, and empower clients to build meaningful, value-driven lives. What I love most about this work is witnessing clients grow in confidence, resilience, and self-understanding as they move toward healing. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy running, reading, getting coffee with friends, and watching movies!
